How do I display cpu states from the obp?

To display the CPU states from the OBP run the following command:

{3} ok .cpu-state
CPU: 0 logical: 0 Node: f0068790 idling (not started)
CPU: 1 logical: 1 Node: f0068410 idling (not started)
CPU: 2 logical: 2 Node: f0069270 idling (not started)
CPU: 3 logical: 3 Node: f00691d0 running OBP (not started)
