Essentially The TCP/IP network model, is a consolidated and updated form of the original OSI Model, both are still relevant. Variations can be seen via different internet documentation sources either include or do not include the Physical/Hardware Layer as a separate layer.
One noticeable and obvious difference is The Session & The Presentation Layers are also part of The Application layer. The Network Layer is known as the Internet Layer (Internetwork Layer)
Compare it with the OSI Model.
