The kernel log, logs the changes to the kernel.

To view the kernel log on hpux 11iv2, run the following command:

# kclog -a 

======================================================================

Change to configuration "current"
at 18:57:45 GMT on 04 March 2007 by root:
Module "gvid_him_fgl" version 0.1.0 changed from unused (explicit) to auto 
(explicit).

======================================================================

Change to configuration "current"
at 18:57:46 GMT on 04 March 2007 by root:
Module "drmfgl" version 0.1.0 changed from unused (explicit) to auto 
(explicit).

======================================================================

The above will list every log entry, you can limit it to specific requirements, see the klog man page for other option.
