How do I display the unix groups I have access to?

Sometimes you will be assigned by the Systems Administrator to be in more than one unix group, usually because you are sharing access to files and directories with others. To display the unix groups which you have access to, just do the following:

[unixbod@venus ~]$ groups
unixbod

Here the user unixbod is only in the unixbod group
