aide: Update aide database after system changes.

Take into account the main readme for this section. README first.

$ sudo aide --update

The command creates a new /var/lib/aide/aide.db.new.gz database file. The new part of the filename has to be removed to make the database active.

$ sudo mv /var/lib/aide/aide.db.new.gz /var/lib/aide/aide.db.gz
