How do i create an azure resource group using powershell?

Advised to set some variables for resourseGroup and location

PS /home/training> $resourcegroup = "storage-resource-group-linx"             
PS /home/training>  $location = "francecentral"

Create the azure resource group.

PS /home/training> New-AzResourceGroup -Name $resourceGroup -Location $location   
ResourceGroupName : storage-resource-group-linx
Location          : francecentral
ProvisioningState : Succeeded
Tags              :
ResourceId        : /subscriptions/1d861add-b4de-34d8-bc12-59925c6xcb5e/resourc
