How do i get quick help on ps thread options in linux?

As well has looking through all the option in the man page. For quick help on various ps sections simple|list|output|threads|misc|all

$ ps --help threads

Usage:
 ps [options]

Show threads:
  H                   as if they were processes
 -L                   possibly with LWP and NLWP columns
 -m, m                after processes
 -T                   possibly with SPID column
