What is aws ecs?

AWS ECS - Elastic Container Service. A service to manage docker containers. The containers can be managed on a ECS cluster either serverless or using EC2 instances.
- ECS cluster on EC2 instances.
- EC2 cluster using serverless aws technology called AWS Fargate.
- Various criteria based container scheduling for example based on resource needs, isolation policies, and availability requirements.
