How do i list the kubernetes deployments?

Shows the long version and the use of the alias.

Deployment enables declarative updates for Pods and ReplicaSets.

$ kubectl get deployments     
NAME        DESIRED   CURRENT   UP-TO-DATE   AVAILABLE   AGE
